* Ethiopian Djimma which is a medium roast - strength 5

* El Salvador San Ernesto which is a medium roast - strength 4

* House blend which is 50% Ethiopian and 50% El Salvador - Strength 4

We are sampling some fantastic new beans from around the world, including Mexico, Peru, Brazil, Kenya, Columbia to name a few.... Those that make the grade we will introduce in the near future.
