This blend came about by happy accident. While roasting our Ethiopian and El Salvador single origins, we had a little of each left over – so we combined them. One sip later, we knew we had something special. The result is smooth, balanced and full of character – with biscuit and caramel sweetness, a creamy texture, and a subtle hint of ash to finish.

A comforting all-rounder that works brilliantly however you brew it.
