At Cafe Santiago, we source our beans from fair-trade coffee farms across the globe, starting out with the original Ethiopian Djimma coffee beans that we proudly roast in-house at our Hertfordshire coffee roastery. Through tried and tested roasting methods, the hazelnut and dark chocolate notes of this bean really sing and complete with a healthy kick of caffeine , we are confident that our house bean will satisfy all lovers of great coffee.
